Billing & Credits Policy

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are a prepaid license to generate images and videos, they are not money, and the generation costs are incurred on your behalf the moment you use them. Membership plan credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allowance while subscribed and remain usable for 60 days after cancellation; Boost credits are valid 12 months; credits from packs purchased before memberships launched never expire and are always spent last.

Where consumer law in your country grants non-waivable rights, those rights are unaffected; payment disputes are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.

If a generation fails, or fails our quality check, the credit comes back to your balance automatically. If our check can't run, the result is delivered and charged as normal. Fitting a scene to another platform, re-editing text, and re-downloading are always free.

Hit a technical problem, a double-charge of credits, or a result that slipped past our QA? Email support@shakl.me from your account address with the details. We investigate every report and, where warranted, add bonus credits to your account, usually more than the ones in question.
